Pre-Qualification

Loan application Checklist

• Most recent pay stub.
• Last 2 years W-2's.
• Self-employment or more than 25% income from bonus, commission or over-time, last 2 years tax returns with all schedules and year to day profit and loss statement.
• Most recent 2 months of bank statements (all bank accounts).
• Open loans balance and monthly payments.
• Real Estate owned-addresses, balance and monthly payments.
• Veterans-Copy of DD214 (member copy 4) and original Certificate of eligibility.
